Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16 1978) is an American model and game show host actress and television presenter. Burns her television debut came in 1995 when she played Peg, a character in the Spanish American sitcom Out of the Blue. Burns joined the cast of the action-drama series Baywatch in 1998. She later played in the second Baywatch episode Baywatch: Hawaii until she was forced to leave the show because of her first pregnancy. Brooke Elizabeth Burns, an American actress and fitness model as well as a tv personality, is best known by the name Jessie Owens from the drama Baywatch. Her role as Jessie Owens in Shallow Hal, a commercially popular 2001 film, was what made her well-known.
